CORONA VIRUS POLICY
As a company we take our responsibility seriously regarding the Corona Virus Pandemic.
We have taken carefully considered steps to keep our class members safe and reduce the risk of infection:
• Each class participant is asked to be considerate of other members, and stay at home if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of Corona Virus, if you are experiencing symptoms (cough, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, or a temperature), or if you are waiting for results of a Corona Virus test.
• We will operate a track and trace system. I have you booked in for face to face spaces and will keep that information as requested by government guidelines.
• If any of our participants contract the Corona Virus we will ask them to stay at home and please let us know urgently. We will then inform anyone who has attended a class with this person accordingly so they can also comply with the government requirements at that time.
• If you see a NHS Test and Trace QR Poster in your venue please use your smart phone and check in via the NHS Covid-19 app.
• There is NO shared equipment and numbers have been restricted to comply with government recommendations.
• We have completed risk assessments as required by external venues and we are happy to comply with all requirements.
• Should we be advised at any time to return to more strict lockdown requirements we will do so immediately and let you know how to access your class online.
• Our instructors will NOT provide hands on correction and maintain a distance of 2 meters from participants. Please keep this in mind if you wish to speak with your instructor prior to, or at the end of your class.
• Participants are recommended to use hand sanitiser. All our venues provide this, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
• Participants are asked to bring their own mat, ball, band, cushion, towel and water.
• We will follow government guidelines regarding wearing masks as they change. If you are unsure of the current guidelines, please bring a mask and you will be advised as you arrive what the current protocol is.
• Your instructor will clean touch points (door handles, light switches etc) before you arrive and prop open doors so you don’t need to touch them. These touch points will then be wiped down after the class.
• We prefer that the toilets are not used within our community venues for your own safety. If they have to be used we ask that you take the wipes with you and wipe down any surfaces touched/used after yourself.
We ask our members if you have been in contact with any known person who has Corona Virus in the last 7 days PLEASE STAY AT HOME.
If you are feeling unwell with Corona Virus symptoms PLEASE STAY AT HOME AND CONTACT THE NHS.
